Progress Ranni Questline

First, you’ll need to find Ranni Rise, also located in the Three Sisters area. To get there, defeat Royal Knight Loretta at Caria Manor in northern Liurnia. This opens access to the Three Sisters plateau.

Seluvis Rise Unlocks

After this conversation, Seluvis Rise becomes accessible. It’s located just south of Ranni Rise within the Three Sisters area.
