The Diablo 4 release date is approaching

The Diablo 4 Server Slam went live over the weekend of May 12-14, giving players one last taste of the spooky ARPG ahead of its June 6 release as they battle their way to level 20 and put Blizzard's server-based facilities to the test. The legendary MMOexp drop rate adjusted for Diablo 4's pre-beta is brought up to server-slam levels at retail. While some fans were concerned that this would lead to a close switch, such thinking seems unfounded.


Diablo IV Gold release date is almost here, and players are eager to sneak in on June 6th. More than a decade after Diablo 3's release, this new entry in the long-running series has some big spots to fill, but Blizzard seems capable, and reception to the open beta has been enthusiastic. Several people have been disappointed by Blizzard's quality as a studio over the past few years, and Diablo 4 represents its best chance to win back those who have fallen out of favor.

For many people, June 6th can't come soon enough, or for those who pre-ordered it, June 1st can't come soon enough. 2023 has delivered some great games, but Diablo 4 still has the potential to be the best game of the year. With fears that legendary items would be too rare to prove unfounded, fans are now looking to find out how the final game will perform and if Diablo 4's story can maintain the qualities that beta players have laughed at. The general discussion is optimistic, but until the comments start pouring in and fans decide whether or not Blizzard will still land, it's all just speculation.
